With two decades of experience leading teams in fast-paced, guest-focused environments, creating meaningful experiences is simply part of who she is. She has a natural way of making people feel welcomed, cared for, and completely present in the moment. When she’s not planning or coordinating, you’ll likely find her embracing all things Disney, talking Star Wars, sipping Coca-Cola or Starbucks, or getting lost in a really good book.

Melody Morrison has a natural gift for creating moments that feel effortless, meaningful, and full of life. With nearly two decades in hospitality, she’s built her career around helping people feel welcomed, celebrated, and truly seen — whether at an intimate gathering or a high-energy festival. That passion is what led her to create Allegro Events, where creativity, professionalism, and genuine care come together to shape unforgettable experiences for both clients and the teams behind the scenes. Deeply rooted in her community, including her work with Come Out With Pride, she leads with heart in everything she does. She’s also a proud mom of three girls and never turns down a beautifully crafted coffee or cocktail.

Outside of work, you’ll find her staying active, building LEGO projects, exploring new DIY ideas, and always creating something new.
