How we support your celebration

Partial Planning

You've done the groundwork — maybe you have a venue, a date, and a few vendors locked in. Now you need a professional to take it across the finish line. We step in where you are, fill the gaps, align the moving pieces, and make sure nothing gets missed.

Full Service Planning

You hand it over completely. From the first conversation to the final farewell, we handle the vision, the vendors, the logistics, the communication, and every detail in between. You make the decisions that matter to you. We carry everything else — so when the day arrives, your only job is to celebrate.

Month-Of Coordination

Everything is booked. The vendors are confirmed. Now you need someone to make sure it all actually comes together. We take over the final four to six weeks — managing communication, building your timeline, and running the day so you don't have to think about a single thing.

Final investment confirmed during your consultation. For larger celebrations, pricing is based as a percentage of your total event budget — because the level of care your event deserves should match its scale.
